How to Delete Your Tally Counter Account & Data

At Tally Counter, you have complete control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated operational records at any time directly through the application settings or by contacting our support team.
Option 1: Delete Directly from Dashboard (Instant)
Recommended for active users
- Log in to your Tally Counter workspace at tallycounterweb.com/sign-in.
- Navigate to Settings from the left sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Danger Zone section.
- Click Delete Account & Workspaces.
- Confirm the deletion prompt. Your account and all associated counters will be permanently wiped.
Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request
For mobile app users or users unable to access their account
If you cannot log in or signed up via the Tally Counter mobile app, you can request immediate manual account deletion by emailing us:

Please send the email from the registered address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
What Data is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently purged from our active databases:
- User profile credentials (email, name, avatar, authentication tokens).
- All workspaces, teams, and member roles owned by your account.
- All active, archived, and custom counters along with real-time tally states.
- Historical increment/decrement event logs and analytics snapshots.
- Scheduled report automation configurations.
